The agent steps use https://app.thor.ai/mcp. If your company has its own Thor address, use that host instead of app. You sign in with the Slack or Google account you already use for Thor. You only see data you already have access to.
Claude Code
Thor has an official Claude Connector for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and Claude on the web. In Claude Code’s terminal, two lines add Thor. The first adds Thor, the second signs you in.

You need to be an admin of the Slack workspace to install the Thor Slack app.

Install the Slack app
Go to the Installation Page and click Add to Slack. Select your Slack workspace and complete the installation.

Set up organization connections
Open Thor in Slack, go to the Home tab, open Organization Connections, and connect the data sources you want Thor to use.

Add your meeting platform
If you use Google Meet, open Your Connections and connect your Google account.If you use Zoom, ask your Zoom admin to open Organization Connections and connect your Zoom account.If you use Microsoft Teams meetings, ask an admin to connect Microsoft from Organization Connections, then link your own Microsoft account from Your Connections. See Meetings.

Open the Messages tab in the Thor Slack app and start chatting.See Meetings for more on how Thor can help.
You need permission to install apps in your Microsoft Teams organization. An admin then connects your Microsoft organization so Thor can see calendar and meeting data.
Open Thor in Teams. An admin should connect your Microsoft organization when Thor prompts, or from the Connections tab under Integrations. Then each person opens Connections and links their own Microsoft account under Your Accounts.

Open your personal chat with Thor and start chatting. In a channel or group chat, @mention Thor so it knows you are talking to it.See Meetings for more on how Thor can help.
Once Thor is connected, ask it for a stand-up or your tasks.
